Even in the height of summer,  sales continue to soar in NYC!  Properties in contract are outpacing  new listings and inventory continues to drop.  The rental market is also on fire.  A new record number of leases signed has been set at 9,642, triple the amount from the same time last year, and the highest it has been since 2008. This has brought inventory down considerably;  an over 50% decline from January.  With this level of activity, discounts  and incentives are quickly diminishing.
