✦ We are seeing an uptick in buyer activity over the last couple of weeks. ✦ 15 contracts were signed last week at $4MM+ which is only 1 fewer than the 10-year average for Thanksgiving week. Could these be signs that we have hit the bottom of this current downward trend?
