Jersey Shore: Similar to the Hamptons, the frenzy is over but inventory is still pretty tight. Some brokers indicate up to 90% of homes are already rented. Starting at ~ $20,000/month & go up from there. Litchfield & Greenwich, CT: If you are willing to forgo the ocean, head to Connecticut. While CT was flooded with new residents during COVID, there is still availability for summer getaways and even some bargains in Litchfield County.
