- The Shed - Spanning 17,000 square feet and standing 120 feet tall, the Shed will be an impressive local and international multi-cultural art center. Its unique design includes retractable abilities allowing the center to physically adjust its shape for various art works and exhibitions. This center is expected to open in the spring of 2019 and will be an amazing addition to the NYC art and culture scene.
- Spanish Food Hall - World famous chefs, Jose Andres and Ferran and Albert Adrià are the food masterminds behind the Hudson Yards Spanish Food Hall, the next rival to Mario Batali's Eataly. Spanning a massive 35,000 square feet with both indoor and outdoor space, this foodie's dream will feature everything from formal delicacies to tapas, wine bars and more.
- Observation Deck - Sure to be a main attraction, the Observation Deck at 30 Hudson Yards will be NY's tallest open air observation deck. Suspended 1,100 feet in the air (50 feet taller than the Empire State Building), the deck will include a bar, restaurant and event space, all with panoramic city views. There is even talk of some "thrill seeking element" as part of the attraction!
- The Vessel - Costing $200 million to create and standing 150 feet tall, the Vessel will be a structure unlike any other in NYC and will become a new public landmark. Creator Thomas Heatherwick visualized and developed this interactive art piece with 154 interconnection staircases and 2,500 steps, intended to be climbed and explored by visitors.
- 35 Hudson Yards (Residential Highlight) - Some lucky folks will be able to call this incredible place their home. 35 Hudson Yards, standing 1,000 feet tall will include 137 condo units, with an average price per unit of $11 million. Building terraces will be built into the setback exterior facade, creating beautiful outdoor garden spaces. 35 Hudson Yards will also include an Equinox branded hotel (with a fitness center and spa), a sky lobby, a ballroom and three floors of retail space.
