Plus, Spring has officially sprung and so has the Manhattan residential real estate market! Our optimism in 2021 continues to strengthen
as the market continues to pick up momentum each month. For eight straight weeks 30+ contracts have been signed weekly at $4 million and above. This is the longest running streak in over 15 years! The overall Manhattan residential market continues to gain traction with over 19% more contracts signed in March than in February, and with over 4,000 pending sales; the highest monthly number for as long as we can remember. While demand increases, discounts can still be found in the marketplace for buyers, however the average discount from original to ask is The activity in the market appears to have a direct correlation to the increase in activity on NYC’s streets. People are out and about, and enjoying the warm weather. We ❤️ Spring in the city and especially all of the outdoor dining! We look forward to hearing from you!

What classifies a fully stocked kitchen in 2021? Homeowners are looking beyond basic kitchen essentials like pots and pans and "teching" out their kitchens.
New gadgets like Smart Instapots and Smart Air Fryers make it possible for you to connect to WiFi where you can control your cooking settings from an app. And, if that isn't cool enough, an Automatic Pan Stirrer will let you step away from the stove for recipes that call for constant stirring.
Whether you consider yourself an at home chef, or you use your kitchen for only the basic necessities, these tech savvy appliances are definitely here to make your cooking experience more efficient!
