222 West 80th Street
Located at 80th and Broadway, 222 West 80th Street is one of the most exciting new rental buildings to hit the Upper West Side. The ground-up new development project has just been completed and was developed by Rose Associates and designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group. The 19-story building has a total of 72 apartments with prices ranging from $10,000/month to $25,000/month.
All apartments are finished to the same level of quality as some of the most exclusive new condominiums and include automated window treatments, lighting and air conditioning (also able to be controlled remotely). Custom top-of-the-line finishes throughout coupled with abundant amenities from a two-lane bowling alley and basketball half-court, to a children's game room and the fully-equipped fitness center, the building caters to your every interest. The crown jewel of the building is the rooftop lounge with three cooking stations, outdoor televisions and more.
Side Note: One of our clients is beginning their lease on a 3 bedroom this month; they are very excited about being one of the first residents to move-in!

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have moved back into the same building they left just two years ago. The couple recently paid over $9 million to purchase the penthouse at the Brewster Carriage House (374 Broome Street) in Nolita.
Previously, the couple owned a stylish one-bedroom apartment in the building, which they sold in 2016 for $3.9 million. Their new home in the building features three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread out over 2,610 square feet.

Bocce Union Square offers indoor and outdoor dining (as well as a bocce ball court) inside of Union Square Park with produce from the Union Square green market when available. The farm-to-table style menu includes fresh summer salads, crisp pizza and al dente pasta (we highly recommend the Cucumber Salad and Snap Pea Caesar!) The extensive cocktail list includes negronis and spritzes.
The Golden Hour
The Golden Hour is this year's summer "it" pop-up restaurant at the High Line Hotel in Chelsea. With its seafood-focused menu and outdoor space full of ferns, trees, and chic striped umbrellas, this is the closest you’ll get to a semi-tropical vacation in Chelsea.
Juku
Juku is a new omakase bar in a three-floor space in Chinatown (also home to a subterranean cocktail bar and an izakaya). For $80, the chef will serve you 12 pieces of very high-quality fish and, even though the bar only has 12 seats, you can hear the music and order cocktails from the izakaya downstairs, making Juku feel like both an intimate sushi experience and a fun night out on the town!

High-gloss and lacquer paint was first used at a time when rooms were lit by candlelight and the reflective quality proved both practical and beautiful. The glossy paint amplifies the effect of natural light, making it a strong choice for darker rooms.
No matter the time of day or how many windows are present, using high gloss paint is a foolproof way to create a space that feels more like a jewelry box than a room. Note: Doors, shutters, and furniture are also fair game!
