Located on 60th Street between Park and Madison, 520 Park Avenue is a 54 story limestone tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern for Zeckendorf Development. Starting at $20 million, there are 35 exclusive full-floor residences in the building. This project exudes luxury in every possible way.

Legendary musician Sting and his wife Trudie Styler sold their duplex penthouse at 15 Central Park West to Hong Kong Heiress, Karen Lo. The penthouse traded for $50 million, $6 million below the asking price, but considerably higher than the $28 million they paid for the home in 2008.
Sting and his wife are allegedly moving a stones throw away to 220 Central Park South. While waiting for their residence to be completed, they are reportedly renting at Zaha Hadid's curved High Line building.

Located in NoMad, David Burke's new restaurant serves pizzas, meats, and veggies cooked out of a wood-fired oven. The chef is highlighting his new specialty, pizza with crickets (are crickets kosher?), which uses a cricket dough and comes with crickets, tomato, and jalapeño pesto.
Avocaderia
Brooklyn’s all-avocado restaurant Avocaderia has expanded into a second location (in Manhattan) located at 271 Eleventh Avenue; Avocaderia serves breakfast and lunch bowls, toasts, salads, smoothies, and guacamole, all made with the popular green fruit (and yes, avocado is a fruit, not a vegetable!)
Bistro Pierre Lapin
NYC’s latest all-day cafe is a French bistro from chef Harold Moore, serving classics such as vichyssoise and blanquette de veau. Bistro Pierre Lapin also has a tableside vegetable cart and an inside TIP: free cheese at the bar during happy hour!

Believe it or not, velvet, which was once seen as old fashioned and stuffy, is now viewed as luxurious and funky. This multi-dimensional fabric has already started gaining a lot of attention, leading many designers to believe velvet decor will be one of this year's most sought-after trends. If used properly, velvet furniture can be very modern and chic, adding great texture in a home (and looks even better over time with use!)
Check out our stunning listing at 1020 Park Avenue to see how velvet furniture is used in the expansive living room.
