The Park Logia
15 West 61st Street

The Park Logia, located at the corner of Broadway and West 61st Street, is a 32 story new development offering 172 luxury condominium residences. The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and features a champagne terracotta façade, custom oversized windows, and private loggias. The studios to four-bedrooms range in price from $1 million to over $10 million.

The building features 20,000 square feet of amenities, including a cafe, game room, theater, music performance spaces, a fitness center, and a children’s playroom. There is also a port-cochère arrival, a double height lobby, and a rooftop "crown loggia" overlooking Central Park. Anticipated occupancy at the Park Loggia is Fall 2019.

Select Available Residences:

Marc Jacobs recently listed his Robert A.M. Stern-designed townhouse, located within the Superior Ink complex on Bethune Street, for $15.995 million. He bought the home for close to $10.5 million back in 2009 and hired interior architect Andre Tchelistcheff and designers Paul Fortune, John Gachot, and Thad Hayes to build out the then-raw space.

In an interview with Architectural Digest in 2016, Jacobs said his vision for the space was “something smart, sharp, and comfortable.” The 4,796 square feet townhouse features three bedroom suites and 1,462 square feet of outdoor space, including a secluded garden courtyard and a rooftop terrace.

HaSalon

Israeli chef Eyal Shani is expanding his NYC presence by bringing his Tel Aviv restaurant, HaSalon, to Hell’s Kitchen. The main restaurant, which serves a menu centered on seasonal local ingredients in Israel, requires reservations and has just two seatings on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, at 6pm and 8pm. Additionally, there is an a la carte bar called Left, which takes walk-ins and offers a more limited menu but is open from Tuesday-Saturday. The DJ and party vibes along with the delicious food make this one of our new favs! *Note: the 12' noodle and tuna bagel are not to be missed!

Roey’s

Roey's, from the owners of popular restaurant Rosemary's, just opened in the West Village. The sun-filled restaurant will feature outdoor seating and a separate coffee bar that will turn into an Italian-inspired aperitivo bar at night. For breakfast, the cacio e pepe egg sandwich is a must and for lunch there is lots of lighter fare to choose from like salads and fresh vegetables.  Dinner options include roast chicken, dry-aged meatballs and broccoli rabe and stracciatella pie.

The Fulton

Jean-Georges newest restaurant, The Fulton, is now open in the historic South Street Seaport and is the chef’s first seafood restaurant. The menu will begin with options such as a sashimi plate, snapper ceviche, and a yellowfin tuna tartare. Main courses include a salmon crusted with spices, fish and chips, and a whole black sea bass baked in a pastry crust. A select number of non-fish options are available too such as a wagyu beef tenderloin and chargrilled chicken.

Moody Blues

"Moody Blues" are making a big splash. The color mixes well with today's on-trend palette of neutrals or black and white. "Moody Blues" can be incorporated into the design of your home with accent furniture and accessories and painting either a full room or an accent wall. The color blends seamlessly with brass and bronze finishes.

Check out the "Moody Blue" master bedroom in our newest listing, 103 East 84th Street, 2A.
