We are thrilled to report that our clothing drive with Bottomless Closet and Shleppers Moving & Storage last month was a huge success! We collected in excess of 100 bags of business-appropriate women’s attire. Thank you to all of our amazing friends, family and clients; we could not have done it without you!
As a result, we are now in the process of developing an ongoing partnership with Bottomless Closet. Stay tuned for more about this soon!
As for our beloved NYC, and the residential market, we have some good news. Governor Cuomo just announced that NYC will enter phase 1 of re-opening on June 8th which means that, hopefully, we can start showing apartments again soon! Furthermore, sellers are starting to feel more confident as far less apartments have come off the market and many new listings have come to the market in the last few weeks. Let's hope the trend continues as the market enters its recovery phase.

A well-styled bookshelf can be as interesting as artwork! The photos above (from our gorgeous Coming Soon listings) are some great examples of elegant bookshelf design. Line books up vertically and stack them in piles horizontally. Add in your favorite curious and decorative items on top of low piles and lean small pieces of art against the back wall. Do this sparingly. Another fun tip - paint the back wall of your bookshelf in an a contrasting color or add wallpaper. It creates depth and a whimsical effect that peeks through your books.
