While it's true that NYC has seen better days, one thing is for sure - many people still, and always will, want to make it their home. There are plenty of negative headlines these days about our beloved city so we thought we would bring some positive energy to the conversation and tell you our top 5 favorite things about living in Manhattan!
1) Walking. This city is the most walkable city in the world and why people of all stages of life choose to live here. We love walking everywhere and discovering new places on a daily basis. 2) The People. All different kinds of people and the amazing energy and creativity they bring. We already feel the regular buzz of the city returning! 3) Central Park. The biggest and most beautiful back yard we know! This 843 acre oasis has it all... tennis, jogging paths around the reservoir and the loop, kids' camps, Shakespeare and even a marionette theatre (hopefully back soon!) -- the list goes on and on... 4) The Food. Some of the best food in the world, and now coupled with the alfresco dining, it makes for an amazing culinary experience and has created a European feel in the Big Apple! 5) The Culture that abounds and is unavoidable. From outdoor performances to the recent reopening Museum of Natural History!
We look forward to seeing you out on the street in the best city in the world!!

Quaint and rustic interior, and 4 small outdoor tables have been recently added. If you are REALLY lucky, you may spot Lenny Kravitz or Cindy Crawford at a nearby table. They are regulars!
